Anthony (September 1, 1974) is a Canadian football Coach who is currently the coach of Futsal Club Toronto U8/U9 Team. He was born and raised in Toronto, Canada where he played soccer and basketball throughout his years with a number of clubs within the GTA. Clubs included were: Rexdale, Brampton, Chinguacousy and Mississauga at the Rep level in Peel, NSL and other leagues in the Toronto area. In Basketball, Anthony was ranked 5th in Ontario for point guards coming out of high school. Anthony then accepted to play for the Laurentian Voyageurs Basketball program, winning Ontario’s Cup and making 2 appearances at the Canadian Nationals where they were ranked the number #1 in the country.

Anthony enjoys coaching the youth at the grassroots level where he feels his knowledge, passion and guidance helps to build and foster positive relationships and experiences through soccer. Anthony’s background and knowledge of over 20 years of Children’s Mental Health also provides an opportunity to support and develop positive self images for players while encouraging them to challenge “risk” in safe and predictable practices, which promote healthy development.
